1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device (computer, tablet, mobile) when you visit a website and that the website or its service providers read again on later visits. We treat similar technologies the same way — local browser storage (local storage, session storage), pixels and third-party scripts. Where these policies say “cookies”, they mean these too.
2. Legal basis
Storing information on your device and accessing it is governed by Section 109(8) of Slovak Act No. 452/2021 Coll. on Electronic Communications, as amended by Act No. 297/2025 Coll.: it is allowed only with your demonstrable consent under the GDPR. The only exception is what is strictly necessary to provide a service you have explicitly requested. Where cookies involve the processing of personal data, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Slovak Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection also apply.
We therefore use necessary cookies without consent. All others start only after your active consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. We do not rely on legitimate interest for cookies.
3. The cookie bar and your consent
On your first visit a cookie bar appears in which you can accept all cookies, reject all optional ones (the “Reject all” button is on the same layer and the same size as “Accept all”) or choose by category and confirm with “Allow selected”. No optional category is switched on in advance. Consent is not a condition for using the website.
Closing the bar or the settings with the cross (×) or the Esc key means rejecting all optional cookies — even if you allowed them before. We do not treat scrolling or continued browsing as consent.
You can also load embedded content from another provider (such as a map) right where it is shown, with the “Allow and load” button. Such consent applies only to that content during this visit.
We remember your choice for 12 months and then ask again. If you reject optional cookies, we will show the bar again no sooner than after 12 months — earlier only after a substantial change (a new purpose or a new third party) or if you delete your choice in the browser.
We keep a record of your decision so that consent can be demonstrated: a random consent ID, the time, your choice for each category, the version of the bar, a fingerprint of its text, the language and the page address without parameters. The record does not contain your IP address, name or browser details.

4. How to change your choice or withdraw consent
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time, free of charge and as easily as you gave it — with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page or with this button:
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.
You can also view, block or delete cookies in your browser settings:
- Google Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies
- Mozilla Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security
- Safari: Settings → Privacy
- Microsoft Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions
If you block or delete necessary cookies, parts of the website may not work properly.
5. Which cookies this website uses
Below is the complete list by category — from the same configuration the cookie bar works with. Each item shows the provider, purpose and duration.
This website does not use marketing cookies.
6. Third parties and transfers outside the EU
Some cookies or embedded content are provided by third parties acting as independent controllers or as our processors under their own terms:
- Vercel Inc. — privacy policy (transfer outside the EU: USA)
- Google Ireland Limited — privacy policy (transfer outside the EU: USA (EU–US Data Privacy Framework))
Transfers outside the European Economic Area are covered by GDPR safeguards (for example the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).
7. Your rights and supervisory authorities
Where cookies involve personal data, under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, the right to object and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Details are in the Privacy policy document; you can exercise your rights at info@euphorianightclub.sk. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority:
- storing and reading cookies (Section 109(8) of Act No. 452/2021 Coll.): Úrad pre reguláciu elektronických komunikácií a poštových služieb (Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Postal Services), Továrenská 7, 828 55 Bratislava 24, Slovakia, www.teleoff.gov.sk, podnety@teleoff.gov.sk;
- processing of personal data (GDPR, Act No. 18/2018 Coll.): Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky (Data Protection Authority of the Slovak Republic), Galvaniho 7/B, 821 04 Bratislava, Slovakia, dataprotection.gov.sk, statny.dozor@pdp.gov.sk.
8. Changes to these policies
We update these policies whenever the cookies or tools we use or the law change. The current version is always on this page. After a substantial change the cookie bar appears again.
