Privacy policy

This policy explains which personal data we process on euphorianightclub.sk and at Euphoria Night Club, why, for how long, and what rights you have. We process data under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Slovak Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on personal data protection.

1. Who the controller is

The data controller is Euphoria Nightclub s. r. o., Hlavná 824/49, 931 01 Šamorín (IČO 55277390, DIČ 2121939215, IČ DPH SK2121939215). Euphoria Night Club is located at Bratislavská 11, 931 01 Šamorín.

Contact for data protection matters: info@euphorianightclub.sk, +421 950 480 799. We have not appointed a data protection officer — the law does not require us to.

2. What data we process and why

Contact form: name, e-mail, subject and message, page language, browser type and a shortened one-way hash (SHA-256) of your IP address — we do not store the IP address itself and it cannot be recovered from the hash. Purpose: replying to your message; the IP hash protects the form against abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Visitor analytics (Vercel Web Analytics): anonymous data about the visit (pages viewed, device type, country). It starts only after your consent in the cookie bar. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.

We collect no other data through the website. We do not profile you and make no automated decisions.

3. CCTV at the club

The club premises are monitored by CCTV to protect property and the safety of guests and staff (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

  • Cameras ARE present: in the bar, in the corridors and outside the building.

Recordings are kept for 15 days and then overwritten automatically unless needed to assert a claim or for law-enforcement authorities.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data or share it for third-party marketing. The following processors, bound by data processing agreements, process it on our behalf:

  • Supabase (database of contact form messages) — servers in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany).
  • Vercel (Vercel Inc., USA — website hosting and, after consent, visitor analytics).
  • Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA) — delivering contact-form messages to the club by e-mail; the e-mails are sent from servers in the EU (Ireland), records of them are stored in the USA.
  • Google Ireland Ltd. (the club's mailbox — Google Workspace).
  • Vassweb s. r. o. (technical maintenance of the website).

The Google map (Google Ireland Ltd.) on the Contact page loads only when you click it — until then nothing is sent to Google. Loading the map passes your IP address to Google. Tracking by social networks (Instagram, Facebook) happens only after you click the link, under that network's rules.

Some processors (Resend, Vercel) are companies based in the USA, so part of the data is transferred outside the EU/EEA. These transfers are covered by the EU standard contractual clauses or, where applicable, certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

5. How long we keep data

Contact form messages: 6 months after the reply.

Analytics consent: stored in your browser for 12 months, then the bar asks again; withdraw it at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer (see the Cookies page).

Accounting documents, if any arise, are kept for 10 years under the Accounting Act.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may withdraw your analytics consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.

Exercise your rights by e-mail at info@euphorianightclub.sk or by phone on +421 950 480 799. We reply within one month.

If you believe we handle your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Galvaniho 7/B, 821 04 Bratislava, www.dataprotection.gov.sk.

7. Children

The website and the club are intended exclusively for persons aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly process data of persons under 18.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if our processing or the law changes. The current version is always on this page.

Effective from: 8 October 2026.
